SHOP RUM

AGRICOLE MAID

1.5 oz. Kuleana Hawaiian Rum Agricole 
.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice 
.5 oz. Simple Syrup 
4-5 Mint Leaves 
2-3 Cucumber Slices 
Pinch of Hawaiian Sea Salt 

Gently muddle all ingredients except rum. Add rum and ice, gently shake, strain, and serve over ice.

HAWAIIAN AGRICOLE NEGRONI

1.25 oz. Kuleana Hawaiian Rum Agricole
.75 oz. Sweet Vermouth
.5 oz. Campari
.5 oz. Aperol

Stir and strain over large ice cube.

1.5 oz. Kuleana Nanea
.5 oz. Kuleana Huihui
.25 oz. Brown Sugar
5 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Stir and strain over large ice cube. Garnish with lemon zest or twist.

1.5 oz. Kuleana Huihui
1 oz. Kuleana Nanea
.75 oz. Lime Juice
.5 oz. Orgeat
.25 oz. Orange Curaçao
2 dash Angostura Bitter

Shake, strain, pour over ice and 
garnish with fresh mint.

KŌ HOST

2 oz. Kuleana Hawaiian Rum Agricole
2 oz. Dolin Blanc Vermouth
3 dashes Bitter Truth Grapefruit Bitters

Stir and strain into a chilled coupe, zest a grapefruit peel over the top and enjoy.

KULEANA MOJITO

1.5 oz. Kuleana Nanea
.5 oz. Fresh lime juice
.5 oz. Simple syrup
8-10 Mint Leaves

Gently muddle mint, simple syrup & lime juice. Add rum and ice, gently shake, strain. Serve over ice and top with sparkling water.

1 oz. Cynar
.5 oz. Fresh lime juice
.5 oz. Fresh pineapple juice
.25 oz. simple syrup

Shake and strain.

1 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Ginger Tea (brewed double strength & chilled)
3 Dashes Allspice
Bar spoon of honey

Short stir, strain over new ice, garnish 
with cinnamon stick

WAIKOLOA SOUR

1 oz. Kuleana Huihui
.5 oz. Lilikoi Syrup
.5 oz. Orgeat
.5 oz. Pineapple Rum
.25 oz. Lemon
.25 oz. Sherry Float

Shake and strain over tall coupe with pebble ice, then float sherry, and garnish with edible flower.

OPERATION BANARAMA

2 oz. Kuleana Huihui⁠
1 oz. Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur⁠
1.5 oz. Banana Purée⁠
1 oz. Coconut Cream⁠
1/2 oz. Lime Juice⁠
Add all ingredients to a shaker with 1-2 oz. of pebble/crushed ice and whip-shake until ice is mostly dissolved. Pour into a highball glass or tiki mug and top with crushed ice⁠.⁠

CURE FOR THE COMMMON SIP

2 oz. Kuleana Hawaiian Rum Agricole 
1 oz. Golden Sherry
1 oz. Coconut Cream
.75 oz. Pineapple Rind Cordia
.75 oz. Lime Juice
.25 tsp Underberg Bitters
Sprinkle of Matcha PowderWith the exception of the matcha, add all ingredients to a shakerThen add 1-2 oz of crushed ice and whip shake until ice is dissolved. Pour drink into a high volume glass and top with crushed ice. Sprinkle matcha powder on top. Garnish with pineapple fronds, a fancy straw and a dehydrated lime wheel.
