FIND OUR RUMS

HAWAIIAN MAID

1.5 oz Kuleana Huihui

.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz Simple Syrup

4-5 Mint Leaves

2-3 Cucumber Slices

1-2 Grains Hawaiian Sea Salt

Gently muddle all ingredients except rum.
Add rum and ice, gently shake, strain, and serve over ice.


NANEA OLD FASHIONED

1.5 oz Kuleana Nanea

.5 oz Kuleana Huihui

.25 oz Brown Sugar

5 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Stir and strain over large ice cube. Garnish with lemon zest or twist.


KULEANA DAIQUIRI

2 oz Kuleana Huihui

.75 oz Fresh Lime juice

.5 oz Simple syrup

Shake, strain, and serve up.


HAWAIIAN AGRICOLE NEGRONI

1.25 oz Kuleana Hawaiian Agricole

.75 oz Sweet Vermouth

.5 oz Campari

.5 oz Aperol

Stir and strain over large ice cube.


KULEANA MOJITO

1.5oz Kuleana Nanea

.5oz Fresh Lime juice

.5oz Simple syrup

8-10 Mint Leaves

Gently muddle mint, simple syrup & lime juice. Add rum and ice, gently shake, strain. Serve over ice and top with sparkling water.

For centuries, the colorful history of rum has been intrinsically linked to sea voyaging, sailors, tropical locales and the spirit of adventure. Such is the case with Kuleana Rum Works, conceived by Big Island native Steve Jefferson during a sailing trip across the Caribbean in 2007.

Having spent the better part of that year cruising with his wife, Jackie, and their two small children on their sailboat, Jefferson dropped anchor off the island of Martinique, where he immediately noticed the many geographic, volcanic and climatic similarities to the Big Island.
