.5 oz. Simple Syrup
4-5 Mint Leaves
2-3 Cucumber Slices
Pinch of Hawaiian Sea Salt
Gently muddle all ingredients except rum. Add rum and ice, gently shake, strain, and serve over ice.

Add all ingredients to a shaker with 1-2 oz. of pebble/crushed ice and whip-shake until ice is mostly dissolved. Pour into a highball glass or tiki mug and top with crushed ice.

Sprinkle of Matcha PowderWith the exception of the matcha, add all ingredients to a shaker. Then add 1-2 oz of crushed ice and whip shake until ice is dissolved. Pour drink into a high volume glass and top with crushed ice. Sprinkle matcha powder on top. Garnish with pineapple fronds, a fancy straw and a dehydrated lime wheel.
