Fresh kō juice. Distilled on Hawaiʻi Island.
Made from fresh pressed juice of Hawaiian heirloom kō grown by Kuleana Rum Works.

Green bananas, Fuji apple, cherries, Japanese plum, starfruit, lemongrass and an Everlasting Gobstopper finish.

A spirit forward serve made with Hōkūlei®, bitters and a touch of simple syrup.

Ingredients
2 oz Hōkūlei®
.25 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Orange slice or orange expression
Optional smoked glass
Instructions
Combine all ingredients with ice and stir.
Strain into a new glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with orange.

.75 oz agave nectar
Hawaiian Black Lava salt rim
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain over fresh ice.
