Hawi Highball

The Hawi Highball is the best way to cool down on a hot day. Combining the irreplaceable flavors of Huihui with a beautifully effervescent lime-yuzu soda. Sprinkle in a little almond and lilikoi... and presto you’re sitting on the beach with your toes in the ocean!

Ingredients

1.5 oz Kuleana Huihui Rum
.5 oz Orgeat
.25 Lilikoi Syrup
Top with Fever Tree Lime & Yuzu Soda Water

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a Collins glass, add ice, and stir. Then fill void with more ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a lime wheel.
