Ingredients
- 2 oz Kuleana Founders’ Cut #1
- .25 oz Dry Vermouth (we use Carpano Bianco)
- .25 oz Simple syrup
- 2 Sprigs fresh mint
- 2 Dashes orange bitters
- Lemon twist – for garnish
Procedure
In a shaker tin, muddle together simple syrup and one sprig of mint. Add rum, vermouth and bitters. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with remaining sprig of mint and lemon twist!
