This month we welcome Hawai‘i Island rising star chef, Chad Yamamoto, who brings his visionary culinary style to Kuleana Rum Shack – showcasing Ezo Abalone freshly harvested from the aquaculture farm in Keahole. From Merriman’s to Four Seasons to Kona Village, Chef Chad is now chef and co-owner of Walua Social – combining the best of New Hawaiian and Italian Cuisine.
