Put the Coconut in the Lime

Inspired by Nilsson’s “Coconut,” this Daiquiri-style cocktail flips the script—combining fresh lime’s zing with Licor 43’s spice and vanilla. Kuleana Huihui® adds light tropical fruit, sugarcane, and gentle vanilla for a silky, balanced sip. Bright, playful, and refreshingly original—put the coconut in the lime and enjoy!

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Kuleana Huihui Rum
0.75 oz Licor 43
1 oz Fresh lime juice

Garnish:
1 Mini Coconut Moku Pop
Lime Wheel

Procedure:

In a shaker tin, add all ingredients. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass, add fresh ice.
Float the Moku Pop and garnish with a lime wheel.
