Smoke Over Kohala

Smoke Over Kohala combines our Hawaiian Rum agricole and Huihui Rums with smoky mezcal, zesty lime juice, and sweet simple syrup for a tropical thrill. Stir vigorously, strain over ice, garnish with lime, and awaken your island adventure!

Ingredients

1 oz Kuleana Huihui Rum
1 oz Kuleana Hawaiian Agricole Rum
.5 oz Mezcal
.5 oz Simple syrup
.5 oz Lime juice
Lime slice (dehydrated or fresh) for garnish

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except for garnish, in a mixing glass, add ice. Stir vigorously – Strain into a rocks glass. Add ice. Garnish and Enjoy!
