This month we welcome Chef Junior Ulep, a native of Hawai‘i from the North Shore of O‘ahu and Chef de Cuisine at Brown’s Beach House at the Fairmont Orchid. His experience is filled with top name restaurants in Hawai‘i including Kula Lodge & Restaurant in Kula Maui, Meridia Restaurant at Westin Hapuna Resort, Ke‘olu Clubhouse at Hualalai and the Ulu Restaurant at Four Seasons Hualalai Big Island.

This month, we welcome Chef Philip "Ippy" Aiona, Owner of The Koa Table & Ippy's Hawaiian BBQ. Chef Philip “Ippy” Aiona was born and raised on “The Big Island” of Hawaii to an Italian-American mother and a Native Hawaiian father.
In August, we welcome Chef Stewart Woodman of The Theatery by Puna Chocolate Company.
