This month we welcome Hawai‘i Island rising star chef, Chad Yamamoto, who brings his visionary culinary style to Kuleana Rum Shack – showcasing Ezo Abalone freshly harvested from the aquaculture farm in Keahole. From Merriman’s to Four Seasons to Kona Village, Chef Chad is now chef and co-owner of Walua Social – combining the best of New Hawaiian and Italian Cuisine.

Tiki in the Desert is coming to Las Vegas April 28-30, 2025! All Tiki by the Sea alumni and local trade is invited to join us for 3 days of incredible 201 level seminars, a tour of the gems of old Vegas and, of course some of the best tropical drinks in the land.
The events will be housed again at the Container Park in Downtown Las Vegas and the Venetian Resort. Art Deakins from Kuleana Rum will be giving a seminar!
